WhiteTrees Group is a young people’s care home and school facility. Initially, our brief was to write a specialist company document for them and in doing so we soon gained a broader view of their business building trust and understanding. Subsequent to this we were engaged to discuss growth strategy and how we could help them improve their position in their specialist marketplace and help towards achieving their 5-year goal of expansion.
A new business plan was written, we then revised their branding, helping the evolution into their new trading style of The WhiteTrees Group and sub-branding for the various activities within this business.
We have since created brand guidelines to support the suite of logos, a new website, various collateral material and updated videography, photography and 360-degree views of their business. We are now retained as their virtual marketing team and are the go-to solution when anything creative is required for the business.

Flip Out is an International family indoor leisure business run using the franchise business model. Currently active in 9 countries with over 80 outlets and a turnover in excess of £70,000,000.
All three partners have worked within the company. Paul and Belinda were part of the executive team that built the UK from 5 to 25 outlets. They reviewed the brand, customer proposition, customer journey, health and safety and procedures manual and recreated the business model and marketing plan to simplify the franchise proposition. Rob was retained by head office and some of the individual franchisees and was responsible for the graphic design for Flip Out Lakeside Essex.
